From 3 to 5 February 2026, the Alliance for European Flax-Linen and Hemp will be taking part in Première Vision Paris, the international trade fair for professionals in the creative and eco-responsible fashion sector at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre, where it will be presenting the latest developments – yarns, fabrics and knits - from its European members for the Spring-Summer 2027 collections.

As the fashion markets are going through a period of major transformation, marked by greater demands in terms of transparency, sustainability and responsibility, Première Vision Paris will be placing the spotlight on savoir-faire (know-how) and local economic areas or "territories" this year. Indeed, the show's theme of Territories of Savoir-Faire invites the all the players involved in the fashion industry to ask themselves questions about the origins of their raw materials, the transmission of skills and the value of supply chains, thereby going beyond the creative process alone.

These are precisely the reasons behind the Alliance's presence at the show. Since 1951, we have been supporting, defending and promoting the European flax-linen and hemp textile sectors, based on local agricultural and industrial expertise and their strong local roots.

As humankind's first natural textile fibre, European flax-linen today represents a desirable and traceable material, capable of meeting the creative requirements of brands, while providing concrete proof of traceability in terms of origin, practices and processing.

At Première Vision Paris, the Alliance will share its clear ambition, which is to give fashion brands the keys to understanding the flax-linen value chain and to reveal the often unseen benefits of the material, while also enabling brands to source and create using European flax-linen and communicate about the material in a way that is accurate, credible and differentiating.
